Job summary

Greenlam America in Doral, FL is seeking a Sales and Specification Manager for North America. You will drive specification sales, build relationships with design firms, and ensure Greenlam is specified in projects across the US and Canada.

This role requires 5+ years in architectural/spec sales, a related degree, and willingness to travel 40–60%. You will manage a CRM pipeline and collaborate with distributors, fabricators, and the sales team to convert samples into binding specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specification or architectural sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Business or Marketing.
• Ability to develop and defend design specifications with architects and clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify projects worth pursuing and get Greenlam named in specifications.
• Track lifecycle of projects to prevent value engineering late in the cycle.
• Develop and manage A&D relationships with firms like Gensler, HOK, and others.
• Turn samples into specs and manage a high-value pipeline in CRM.
• Collaborate with distributors, fabricators and the sales team to close deals.
