Job summary

Alora Pharmaceuticals, LLC is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to cover a defined geographic territory, engaging endocrinologists, OB/GYNs and primary care providers. You will promote NP Thyroid and women's health/product education, and execute a strategic territory business plan.

This field-based role requires building strong relationships, using data to drive performance, and navigating prior authorizations while meeting sales targets within compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.
• Experience or understanding of prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Performance-driven & results-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote NP Thyroid and additional Womens Health & Primary Care products within a defined territory.
• Call on Endocrinologists, OBGYN and Primary Care providers.
• Deliver clinically relevant product education and value-based messaging.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and office staff.
• Utilize data, insights, and reporting tools to drive performance.
• Navigate and support prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through processes.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while operating within compliance guidelines.
