Job summary

Alora Pharmaceuticals seeks a field-based Specialty Territory Manager to promote NP Thyroid and other Women’s Health and Primary Care products across the defined territory. You will call on endocrinologists, OB/GYNs and PCPs to deliver education and value-based messaging while building long-term relationships with healthcare staff.

Develop and execute strategic plans, leverage data and tools to drive performance, and navigate prior authorizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (B.A. or B.S.).
• B2B sales experience required.
• Experience or understanding of prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Performance driven with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote NP Thyroid and Womens Health & Primary Care products within a defined territory.
• Call on Endocrinologists, OBGYN and Primary Care providers.
• Deliver clinically relevant product education and value-based messaging.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and office staff.
• Utilize data, insights, and reporting tools to drive performance.
• Navigate and support prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through processes.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while operating within compliance guidelines.
