Job summary

Alora Pharmaceuticals, LLC is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to drive sales of NP Thyroid and Women’s Health products across a defined territory. This field-based role requires establishing strong relationships with endocrinologists and primary care providers while delivering value-based education.

You will develop strategic plans, leverage analytics, and manage prior authorizations to support patient access. A Bachelor’s degree and B2B sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (B.A. or B.S.)
• B2B sales experience required
• Experience or understanding of PA and pharmacy pull-through preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Promote NP Thyroid and Women’s Health & Primary Care products within a defined territory
• Call on Endocrinologists, OBGYN and Primary Care providers
• Deliver clinically relevant product education and value-based messaging
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan
• Build strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and office staff
• Utilize data, insights, and reporting tools to drive performance
• Navigate and support prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through processes
• Meet or exceed sales targets within compliance guidelines
