Alora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to drive growth across a defined U.S. territory. This field-based role targets Endocrinologists, OBGYN, and Primary Care providers, delivering education on NP Thyroid and Women’s Health products.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, relationship-building with healthcare staff, and data-driven performance. Travel within the territory is required; a competitive base salary with incentives supports a high-growth, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in B2B sales or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory and manage field-based duties.

Responsibilities

• Promote NP Thyroid and Women’s Health products within a defined territory.
• Call on Endocrinologists, OBGYN and Primary Care providers.
• Deliver clinically relevant product education and value-based messaging.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and office staff.
• Utilize data, insights, and reporting tools to drive performance.
• Navigate prior authorizations and pharmacy pull-through processes.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while complying with guidelines.
