Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules multiple providers' surgery calendars and prepares packets for facilities.
• Communicates patient information and coordinates pre-/post-surgical care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Assists with coordinating tests, authorizations, and pre-certifications.
• Documents patient information and ensures timely notifications to staff and patients.
• Manages daily flow of activities in the surgical scheduling process.
