Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative to act as the primary contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategies and promoting Amgen products. You will communicate clinical and economic benefits, support territory sales targets, and manage accounts to ensure product access and reimbursement.

The role requires conveying current clinical knowledge, delivering planned programs, and collaborating with the District Manager to develop territory plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Alternative: Associate’s degree with 4+ years of sales/clinical experience.
• Alternatively, high school diploma with 6+ years of sales/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy.
• Promote Amgen products and achieve territory sales targets.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct planned programs.
• Service and manage accounts, ensure product access, handle reimbursement issues.
• Develop territory plans with District Manager and provide market feedback.
