Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative to act as the primary customer contact for demand creation, promoting Amgen products and delivering branded messages. You will execute POA marketing strategies, manage accounts, and work to achieve territory sales targets under the guidance of the District Manager.

The role emphasizes providing clinical knowledge of products, addressing access and reimbursement issues, and contributing to territory planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; alternative pathways include associate's degree with 4+ years in sales or healthcare/science field, or high school diploma with 6+ years in sales or healthcare/science field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Amgen products.
• Achieve territory sales by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies and meeting sales targets.
• Service and manage accounts, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain contracts.
• Develop territory plans with the District Manager and provide feedback on marketing strategy.
