Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical benefits, and navigate payer environments. The role promotes Amgen products, implements marketing strategies, and becomes the primary customer contact within a defined U.S.

territory. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/healthcare experience, strong communication, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Associate’s degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to achieve territory targets.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, address access and reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
