Target is recruiting a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader in New Jersey to lead a high-energy store team and drive guest engagement across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics. You will plan schedules, coach hourly team members, and execute strategies to meet and exceed store sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications include a 4-year degree or equivalent, strong communication and business acumen, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced retail
