Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader in New Jersey to guide a team of hourly staff, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and manage daily store operations. You will training team members, plan workloads, and drive sales while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills, with flexibility for a variable schedule and peak shopping times.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Lead and coach hourly team members; interview, develop, and retain talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and store priorities.
• Monitor area metrics and act to improve guest experience and results.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, merchandised, and displays aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of team members.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies.
