Target Corp in Turnersville, NJ is seeking an Executive Team Leader Specialty Sales (Assistant Manager Merchandising & Service) to guide Apparel & Accessories, Beauty, and Electronics. You’ll drive store sales, lead a guest-focused team, and manage merchandising, pricing, and backroom operations to ensure products are available and visually compelling.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Create a guest-obsessed culture and lead the team to prioritize guest experience.
• Create schedules and adjust to guest traffic and business needs.
• Plan merchandising and pricing workload and manage backroom processes.
• Lead and develop the sales team across departments (A&A, Beauty, Electronics).
• Ensure fitting rooms are welcoming and used as an extension of the floor.
• Develop coaching and onboarding to close knowledge gaps and elevate skills.
• Establish accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
