Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals in Henderson, Las Vegas, Boulder City and Jean, NV, delivering clinical knowledge and guiding payer navigation. You will promote Amgen products, lead educational programs, and manage accounts with a patient-centric focus.

You will work with a team to execute marketing strategies, maintain contracts, and build strong customer relationships while upholding Amgen’s values and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Senior Qualification: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical healthcare experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales/clinical experience OR High school diploma and 8 years of sales/clinical experience

Responsabilités

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen's products and communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization
• Perform as a sales leader to achieve territory sales targets through branded messages, programs, and management of educational activities
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, discuss customer needs, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance and help develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialist
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and sustain engagement throughout the sales cycle while preserving the brand
