Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative in the United States to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and support access strategies in a dynamic payer environment. The role covers Henderson, Las Vegas, Boulder City, and Jean, NV, with relocation not offered and flexible work models where possible.

Responsibilities include delivering product knowledge, leading sales programs, building accounts, and collaborating with the District

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree with sales experience or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales-related
• High school diploma/GED with 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales-related
• Some experience and/or pre-graduate sales training and/or proven track record of leadership under pressure is preferred for Specialty Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits to drive utilization
• Lead branded sales messages and programs to achieve territory sales targets
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, conduct territory analysis, and develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative
• Demonstrate passion for products and uphold Amgen values in all activities
