Job summary

Mercy Health in Mason, OH is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison to standardize and optimize specialty pharmacy services. The role focuses on accurate prescription processing, patient support, and cost-effective medication delivery.

You will assist with third-party billing, prior authorizations, and coordinating patient care with providers to enhance service levels and access to medications.

Qualifications

• Applicable state board-certified Pharmacy Technician License (required).
• National Certified Pharmacy Technician (required).
• High School/GED (required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Technician (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process prescription information in the computer system and bill third-party plans.
• Assist customers with prescriptions and prepare specialty pharmacy orders.
• Coordinate delivery and assist with prior authorizations and denials.
• Support the pharmacy team with patient enrollment and account management.
