Job summary

Clearway Health is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison to bridge prescribing providers, the pharmacy, and patients. The role drives the Specialty Accelerator Program by embedding in high-volume clinics and ensuring patients gain timely access to life-saving specialty medications.

You will serve as the face of the pharmacy, delivering white-glove service to medical residents and attending physicians to capture and retain specialty revenue within the health system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in state of application.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification.
• 2+ years direct pharmacy-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Enroll and retain patients in Clearway Health Specialty Pharmacy program.
• Build relationships with providers and care teams to ensure enrollment and sales goals.
• Navigate EMR and support prior authorizations for specialty medications.
• Provide patient-facing service and adherence support across devices and tools.
