Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold an active Pharmacy Technician license in Wisconsin.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (e.g., PTCB or ExCPhT) required.
• Recent work experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Explain benefits of specialty pharmacy services to patients.
• Assist patients with enrollment into the specialty pharmacy program.
• Complete financial assistance tasks to ensure medication access.
• Coordinate with pharmacy team for accurate order processing.
• Provide patient support through adherence and refill reminders.
• Route clinical questions to the appropriate clinician.
