CPS Solutions, LLC, part of the Optum family of businesses, is hiring for an onsite Specialty Pharmacy Liaison in Sheboygan, WI. You will coordinate pharmacy services, support prior authorizations, and educate patients under pharmacist supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Wisconsin.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB/ExCPhT) required.
• Recent work experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between providers, specialty pharmacies, and patients to initiate therapy.
• Coordinate prescription intake and referrals with required documentation.
• Support prior authorizations and benefits investigations with payers and pharmacies.
• Educate patients on the specialty pharmacy process, timelines, and access expectations.
• Track prescription status and therapy progress, resolving barriers to access or costs.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support adherence and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
