  • Maintain accurate patient information within Hub Program databases and spreadsheets.
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, providers, and referral partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety guidelines.
  • Help keep workflow organized and moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

As part of an independent wholesaler of pharmaceuticals and pharmacy products and services, our organization is committed to supporting community pharmacy and delivering exceptional service to patients and healthcare partners. In this role, you will play a key part in helping patients receive timely access to medications while coordinating important intake and prior authorization activities behind the scenes.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, communicating with patients and healthcare providers, and managing details with accuracy and care in a hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do
