Independent Health is seeking an Intake Coordinator to assist in pharmacy operations, focusing on intake of new prescriptions, referrals, triage, and authorization assistance. The Intake Coordinator will assist in the various activities of the pharmacy operations not requiring the professional judgment of the pharmacist. The Intake Coordinator will be primarily responsible for intake of new prescriptions and referrals, triage, benefits investigation, and authorization assistance.

Hiring Compensation Range: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly
Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, location and experience.
In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
