Keystone Health is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Coordinator in Waynesboro, PA. This Full-Time role (Mon-Fri, no weekends/holidays) supports access to specialty meds, collaborates with providers and payers, and drives patient-centered care in a dynamic specialty pharmacy team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, customer service, and detail-oriented skills, plus either a pharmacy tech license or related experience. PA license and CPR desired.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pennsylvania Registered Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with satisfactory driving record required.
• Experience in pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, healthcare coordination, insurance authorizations, patient access services, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient access to specialty medications through benefits investigations, prior authorizations, financial assistance programs, and manufacturer enrollment processes.
• Manage specialty pharmacy referrals, patient onboarding, and limited distribution drug (LDD) workflows to ensure timely therapy initiation.
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacists, payers, and support staff to remove barriers to care and improve treatment access.
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of patient access activities while supporting continuity of care and patient engagement.
• Contribute to the growth, efficiency, and success of Keystone Health's specialty pharmacy services through coordinated, patient-centered support.
