Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate payer environments. The role focuses on delivering on our commitment to serve patients and implementing marketing strategies under the guidance of the District Manager.

You will build relationships, communicate product value, coordinate with teams, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets through in-person and virtual engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrated sales experience in healthcare/pharma preferred.
• Ability to develop relationships, communicate effectively, and drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and participate in educational programs to drive utilization.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts including access and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Demonstrate passion for products and customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Uphold Amgen Values and work collaboratively to serve patients.
