Job summary

Amgen, a leading biotechnology company, seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to provide clinical knowledge to medical professionals and promote Amgen products in the U.S. You will help navigate payer environments to support patient access and appropriate product use.

In this role, you will implement marketing strategies, manage accounts, and work with the District Manager to reach sales targets through in-person and virtual programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• 4 years of Sales experience with Associate degree or 6 years with high school diploma/GED.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead branded sales messages and programs to achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
