Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to provide clinical knowledge to medical professionals and help navigate payer environments.

You will drive territory sales, build relationships with providers, and promote Amgen products in collaboration with a District Manager. The role supports oncology, inflammation, and other therapeutic areas, with flexible remote/hybrid work where possible and strong focus on patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Senior Specialty Representative: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales/clinical experience OR equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits
• Deliver branded sales messages and achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including access and reimbursement discussions
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and learn
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products throughout the sales cycle
• Adhere to Amgen values and uphold professionalism in all interactions
