Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare sales.
• 5+ years in a startup environment preferred.
• 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) to healthcare providers treating cancer preferred.
• Must live in Tampa/North Florida and be willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across Tampa/North Florida.
• Drive account growth via product launches, expanded usage, and marketing support.
• Educate customers on clinical value, safety, and indications; resolve challenges proactively.
• Engage in consultative selling to secure stakeholder buy-in and support NavDx implementation.
• Manage territory planning, CRM usage (Salesforce), and timely administrative follow-through.
• Represent CareDx with professionalism and adherence to standards.
