Job summary

CareDx, a leader in precision medicine diagnostics, seeks a Specialty Oncology Sales Representative to expand NavDx adoption across South Florida and beyond. You will engage medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical awareness and usage of NavDx.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in healthcare sales, proven success with LDTs, and strong relationships with academic centers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare sales, including start-up environments and complex LDTs.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in multi-state territory.
• Experience launching new LDTs and expanding adoption with healthcare providers.
• Strong relationships with oncologists, surgeons, and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across a broad product portfolio.
• Drive new and existing account growth via product launches and tailored marketing support.
• Educate customers on clinical value, indications, and safety while resolving challenges.
• Engage in consultative selling to identify pain points and implement solutions for NavDx usage.
• Manage the South Florida territory with strategic planning, CRM (Salesforce) and timely follow-through.
