Job summary
Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Technical Product Owner for Specialty Lending to define the product strategy, roadmap, and technology delivery across CRE lending. You will partner with business, operations, credit, risk, and tech to modernize the end-to-end lending process and enable AI-driven workflow automation.
The role demands deep lending domain knowledge and strong product management, agile delivery, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through the full lending lifecycle,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, or tech field or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery team priorities in PI and sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
- Articulate product strategy to the delivery team
- Maintain and groom the team backlog with features and user stories
- Triage critical issues and communicate with stakeholders
- Coordinate validation with business to ensure fitness for use
- Report epic/feature delivery status and dependencies
- Collaborate with architects to balance client experience and technical integrity
- Facilitate sprint planning for feature timing and roadmap alignment
- Lead sprint demos and ensure acceptance criteria
- Create release documents and approvals; support lifecycle governance
- Manage risk and support evidence-based recommendations
