Job summary

Truist Wealth seeks a Technical Product Owner for End-to-End Lending Automation in the United States. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-enabled lending capabilities spanning origination to portfolio management.

Collaborate with lending, credit, operations, risk, and technology to streamline workflows and reduce manual touchpoints. The role requires strong product management and Agile delivery experience, plus deep knowledge of commercial lending and credit processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, engineering, design, or technology or equivalent.
• 5+ years in banking/financial services or digital roles.
• 3+ years in product/analysis/tech/design with cross-functional teams.
• Experience translating complex requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Agile product delivery in lending domains.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery team priorities in PI and sprint planning per agile ceremonies.
• Articulate product strategy to delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Design new lending automation products with partners across teams.
• Maintain backlog with stories; ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Coordinate risk, governance, and release artifacts; support validation.
• Collaborate with architects to align tech roadmaps with business goals.
• Facilitate sprint demos and ensure alignment to the roadmap.
