Job summary

Truist is seeking a Technical Product Owner for End-to-End Lending Automation in Charlotte, NC. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-enabled lending capabilities across origination, underwriting, and servicing.

The role requires strong product management, Agile delivery experience, and deep lending/credit processes expertise to transform the commercial lending lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/engineering/design/tech.
• 5+ years in banking/financial services, digital, or related fields.
• 3+ years product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate strategic plans into tactical actions.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery team priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Articulate product strategy to the delivery team with product managers.
• Collaborate with design, business, and operations to design new products and improvements.
• Maintain the team's backlog of user stories; SME on features and capabilities.
• Coordinate release-related documents and governance; ensure alignment with roadmap.
