Job summary

Truist Wealth in Charlotte, NC seeks a Product Owner to support indirect lending sales enablement on the Salesforce platform and integrated apps. The role drives backlog, works with PMs, and translates business needs into epics and features for agile delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology, or related field.
• Five+ years of banking, financial services, digital, or other relevant work experience.
• Three+ years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.
• Three+ years of leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience defining and delivering digital initiatives to execute on a product roadmap.
• Demonstrated technical acumen and ability to align product and technology roadmaps.
• Ability to translate strategic plans into tactical daily actions for execution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-based, results-driven environment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomous work, and independent decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery team priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Align with product managers to articulate product strategy to the team.
• Deliver new experiences by collaborating with delivery, design, business, and operations.
• Author and maintain backlog; act as SME on features, user stories, and capabilities.
• Triage critical issues and communicate with all concerned parties.
• Support development team with clarifications and business validation.
• Update leadership on epic/feature delivery schedules and dependencies.
• Partner with solution architects to balance client experience and technical integrity.
• Facilitate sprint planning with stakeholders for alignment on features and roadmap.
• Facilitate sprint demos and accept completed user stories per acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate release-specific documents and living release notes.
• Ensure PML processes are followed, assist security, risk, audit, and other needs.
