Job summary

Truist is seeking a Product Owner to support indirect lending sales enablement on the Salesforce platform and related applications. You will translate business needs into actionable product priorities, leverage AI tools to boost productivity, and manage day‑to‑day product management tasks within an Agile framework.

The role collaborates with Product Managers to balance business, technology, and design priorities, focusing on tactical execution while aligning with broader product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, design, or technology.
• 5+ years in banking/financial services/digital roles.
• 3+ years in product, analysis, technology, or design.
• 3+ years of leading cross functional teams.
• Experience defining and delivering digital initiatives to execute a product roadmap.
• Ability to translate strategic plans into daily actions and work with tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery team priorities in PI planning and agile ceremonies.
• Articulate product strategy to the delivery team.
• Design new products and improvements with stakeholders across functions.
• Maintain backlog of user stories and define features and capabilities.
• Coordinate release notes and go/no-go decisions.
• Support governance and risk/Evidence to inform recommendations.
• Collaborate with architects to balance client experience and technical integrity.
