Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the specialty leasing program to achieve income and occupancy goals.
• Identify new prospects for specialty leasing and maintain communication with permanent agents.
• Monitor and control specialty leasing budgets and report on financial forecasts.

Skills

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
