Atlas Real Estate Group in Denver seeks a Leasing Specialist to support portfolio managers with leasing, showings, and lead management. You will create marketing materials, coordinate photos, and drive the leasing process from application to move-in.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado real estate license preferred and active in good standing if applicable.
• Proven leasing experience with multi-family properties or portfolios.
• Strong communication and customer management skills for resident interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leasing support for portfolio managers, including showings and lead follow-up.
• Create marketing ads and coordinate photos, timelines, and leasing materials.
• Schedule showings, conduct tours, collect feedback, and communicate with PMs.
• Manage lease processing from application through move-in, including pet screening.
