Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents; give property tours and match prospects with units.
• Explain lease terms and guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Support marketing efforts and outreach; stay informed on local amenities and competitors.
• Promote community features and maintain the online reputation.
• Provide great customer service and resolve resident concerns; assist with move-ins and notices.
• Process applications, collect deposits, and maintain lease records; manage phone/email traffic.
• Inspect apartments and common areas; report maintenance or safety issues.
• Work with the team to meet leasing goals and support daily operations.
