Job summary

JLL is seeking a Specialty Leasing Manager to lead a dynamic program that drives revenue, enhances guest experience, and elevates center value through RMUs, kiosks, and activations.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, deal execution, rent collection, and performance reporting while partnering with leasing, marketing and operations.

Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience, a real estate license, and strong closing skills; a collaborative, cross-functional mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in specialty leasing, retail management, sales, or CRE.
• Real Estate license or willingness to obtain within 120 days.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Strong prospecting, networking, and closing skills with revenue focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new specialty leasing opportunities that fit merchandise mix.
• Oversee retailers to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards.
• Prepare and execute license agreements with General Manager and licensees.
• Generate ancillary revenue through ads, sponsorships and activations.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts to meet revenue projections.
• Collect monthly sales reports and ensure timely billing of rents.
• Collaborate with marketing to integrate leasing into mall promotions.
• Coordinate with National Account Team to optimize deals.
• Develop retailer action plans to maximize sales and center value.
