Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification required or obtained within 90 days.
• Active Ohio Board registration as Pharmacy Technician preferred; or trainee with results pending.
• Willing and able to travel to external satellite locations; reliable transportation.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a Pharmacist, supports delivery of pharmaceutical care in specialty and inpatient pharmacies.
• Assists with taking home medication services and quality control procedures for drug distribution systems.
