Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HR or recruiting experience is beneficial.
• Familiarity with timesheet or contractor management systems (e.g., Beeline).
• Strong Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Performs onboarding/offboarding tasks for subcontractors and manages related file maintenance.
• Provides administrative support for internal/external resource loan processes and background checks.
• Coordinates equipment, network access, and training with internal teams.
• Supports interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination with suppliers.
