Job summary

Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare in Clinton, MO is seeking a Specialty Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our specialty clinics and lead staff, coordinating clinic activities for an exceptional patient experience. You will supervise clinical and non-clinical teams and drive operational excellence across providers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or related setting.
• Leadership experience including coaching, training, and scheduling.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with providers and staff.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement principles.
• Experience with ambulatory care and specialty clinics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of specialty clinic services.
• Coordinate staffing, clinic space utilization, patient flow, and processes.
• Provide direct supervision and onboarding/training for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialty partners, and internal departments to support quality patient care.
• Monitor workflows and patient throughput to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with investigations of patient complaints and support quality initiatives.
• Participate in infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate care activities across specialty clinics and ancillary departments as needed.
