Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare in Clinton, Missouri, seeks a Specialty Services Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our specialty clinics and coordinate staff, space, and workflows to deliver high‑quality patient care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required if providing clinical supervision and direct patient care responsibilities.
• Current Missouri nursing licensure or other applicable clinical credential required based on position assignment.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory, leadership, or clinic management experience preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory care, physician practices, specialty clinics, outpatient services, or healthcare operations preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement principles, patient experience initiatives, and clinic operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of specialty clinic services.
• Coordinate staffing, space utilization, patient flow, and processes.
• Provide supervision and support to staff, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialty clinic partners to ensure quality patient care.
• Monitor workflows, registration, scheduling, patient throughput; identify improvements.
• Participate in infection prevention and safety initiatives.
• Assist with patient complaints investigations and quality improvement projects.
