Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Services to oversee daily clinical and administrative operations across clinics and services. You will supervise staff, ensure patient flow, and maintain quality across regions while hands-on participating in patient care and lab activities.

The role requires a Clinical Credential (RN, LPN, CMA) and at least one year in a lead or supervisory position, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Clinical Credential of RN, LPN, or CMA Required.
• One year minimum in a lead or supervisor position or demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day clinical and administrative performance of clinics/services.
• Reviews work schedules, assigns duties, and ensures patient flow and production goals.
• Oversees lab processes, blood draws, and clinical guidance for staff.
• Educates new colleagues on processes and maintains compliance with protocols.
