Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals in Denver seeks an experienced Client Service Representative to join our Specialty Referral Coordinator team, serving as the face of the practice and setting the tone for trust and care.

You will greet clients and their pets, schedule and confirm specialty appointments, present fees, obtain products and prescriptions, educate clients on emergency and pet care, and maintain medical records while filling in at the front desk as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming specialty appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Answering questions regarding products and services and educating clients on emergency and specialty pet care.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Fill in as a CSR at the front desk when needed.
