Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join VCA Firehouse. The CSR serves as the face of the practice, delivering friendly, professional service to clients and their pets while coordinating appointments and guiding clients to exam rooms.

You will manage phone and reception duties, handle payments, explain fees, suggest products and services, educate clients on basic pet care, maintain medical records, and keep the facility clean.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Hospital maintenance and ensuring that facility is neat and clean.
