Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to join our commercial organization. You will drive prescriber activation, execution of data-driven territory plans, and engagement with cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs to accelerate adoption of our cardiometabolic portfolio.

You will work within IDNs and complex healthcare systems to expand durable utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education within labeling.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to align execution.
• Maintain compliant CRM activity and rigorous field documentation.
• Travel ~30% to regional and national meetings and conferences.
