Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is recruiting for a Specialty Sales Representative to drive launch and growth of the cardiometabolic portfolio. This role emphasizes prescriber activation, data-driven targeting, and strategic collaboration within IDNs and complex health systems.

The candidate will engage cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs with clinically sound, compliant education while managing spend and travel to key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
• Experience working within integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education and articulate complex data to specialists and PCPs.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, staff, and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Patient Services to align territory execution with enterprise strategy.
• Maintain compliance with policies and promotion standards and document field activity in CRM.
• Represent Arrowhead at meetings and conferences with travel ≈30%.
