Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support the launch of our cardiometabolic portfolio and drive adoption among cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, proven success launching complex therapies with access navigation, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and ~30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver clinically accurate education within approved labeling to physicians and other prescribers.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services to align efforts with enterprise strategy.
• Maintain compliant field activity documentation and CRM records; travel ~30% as needed.
