Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to join our commercial organization and drive the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including siRNA therapies for rare cardiovascular conditions. This role emphasizes prescriber activation, clinical engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure durable utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Demonstrated success launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth required.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
• Experience working within integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to prescribers.
• Build and manage relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Patient Services for field insights.
• Maintain compliance with policies and timely CRM documentation.
• Represent Arrowhead at meetings and conferences with travel ~30%.
