Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support launch and growth of cardiometabolic therapies, with a focus on prescriber activation and durable utilization. The role requires strong clinical depth, strategic account management, and compliance in a fast-paced launch environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharma sales and 3+ years in specialty or cardiovascular areas, plus experience with IDNs or complex health systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
• Experience working within integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education and differentiate Arrowhead therapies.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services.
• Maintain full compliance with policies, regulations, and CRM reporting.
• Travel up to ~30% to represent Arrowhead at regional and national meetings.
