Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to join our commercial organization and drive launch excellence for cardiometabolic portfolios.

Responsibilities include prescriber activation, territory planning, and stakeholder engagement across cardiologists and lipid specialists. Expect ~30% travel and a dynamic launch environment that values clinical depth and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years pharma sales experience required.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver clinical education within approved labeling to prescribers.
