Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals in the United States is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to play a key role in launching and expanding our cardiometabolic portfolio, including siRNA therapies, for patients with rare cardiovascular conditions.

You will engage cardiologists and specialists, build strategic territory plans, and drive prescriber activation, adoption, and durable utilization while navigating complex healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience with IDNs or complex health systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans.
• Analyze prescribing trends and access landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver compliant clinical education within approved labeling.
• Execute speaker programs and educational events to drive awareness and adoption.
• Support patient identification and therapy initiation through provider engagement.
• Navigate IDNs and coordinate with Key Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services to align territory execution.
• Maintain compliance and accurately document field activity in CRM.
