Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including siRNA therapies for FCS and SHTG. You will drive prescriber activation, adoption, and sustained utilization through strategic, compliant field engagement with cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years pharma sales.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience working with IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant clinical education and articulate data to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs.
• Build trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services for aligned execution.
• Document field activity and CRM updates with diligence and accuracy.
